Journey to Wholeness: Online Course
Welcome!
You're tired of pretending everything's fine when it's not. You're exhausted from anxiety that won't quit, memories that won't fade, and a voice in your head that says you're not enough. You've tried to be strong, to push through, to have more faith—but the weight keeps pressing down.
Here's the truth: Being a "big girl" isn't about having it all together. It's about being honest enough to admit when life feels overwhelming. And having a "Bigger God" means you don't have to face any of it alone.
This course is for women ready to stop pretending and start healing. Through biblical teaching rooted in Scripture, you'll discover that God doesn't just want to help you manage your struggles—He wants to transform them. You'll learn what His Word says about your true identity, how to find peace in the middle of chaos, and how to build the kind of relationships that bring life instead of drain it.
By the end of this journey, you will:
Know your true identity in Christ—not based on your past, your mistakes, or what others say about you, but anchored in what God declares over you
Understand your fear and anxiety patterns—recognizing what triggers them and learning biblical practices to find peace in God's presence
Establish healthy boundaries—knowing the difference between Christ-like service and people-pleasing, and learning to honor both yourself and others well
Experience God's presence in new ways—through wonder, worship, and walking with Him through your hardest moments
Practice biblical forgiveness—releasing bitterness without sacrificing your safety, and finding freedom in letting go
Build authentic community—connecting with other women who understand the journey from surviving to thriving
This isn't about perfection. It's about progress. It's about trading the lies for truth, shame for grace, and isolation for belonging. Your Bigger God is ready to meet you right where you are—struggles and all.

Lesson 6: BOUNDARIES AS BIBLICAL STEWARDSHIP
For many of us, especially women, the word "boundaries" can trigger guilt. We've been taught that self-sacrifice means having no limits, that loving like Jesus means being available to everyone all the time. But this understanding misses something critical: even Jesus had boundaries.

Lesson 7: FORGIVENESS AS LIBERATION
Few things hold us hostage like unforgiveness. The hurts we've experienced often feel too legitimate to release. The offenses against us seem too severe to pardon. Yet Jesus makes it clear that forgiveness isn't optional for His followers—it's at the very core of our experience with Him.

Lesson 8: COMMUNITY & VULNERABILITY
Jesus surrounded Himself with a community to walk with, to pour into, and to disciple. If the Son of God needed community, how much more do we?
